McLean became the second team overall, so their 1st team played in RL. SYC became the 3rd team overall, so their first team went to EDP/National League. With this in mind, SYC has been operating as a team below RL for the last three seasons. It sounds like you are new to the area, I thought everyone in norther VA already knew this?
