Middle School dances and mizers also play a part.[/quote] There's not a lot of bar mitzvah's going on if you're part of the Catholic school scene :) I can't speak to Mrs. Simpson's, but I can tell you the 8th grade cotillion is extremely popular and well attended. My son just said last night that he was sad there was no more Cotillion. The 7/8th grade dances are popular as well but the kids don't view them as an alternative to Cotillion.[/quote]
