Something must be very wrong with that house aside from all the things that are obviously not great from the photos.  It just went back on the market after yet another sale fell through.  To the price history above, add:

9/3/20: Price drop to $810,000
9/9/20: Price [i]increase[/i] to $860,000
9/11/20: Price "drop" to $810,000
10/19/20: Pending
11/14/20: Relisted at $810,000

I've been in this house (403 9th NE). Hate to say it, but very strong odor.  Cats, I think maybe covered up by moth balls and perfume.  I'd still buy it.  Great location and curb appeal.  No parking and no possibility for parking otherwise a builder would have bought it by now.[/quote]
