Do you expect white people to open a business for blacks and to handle it to them? If the black person actually wants to open a business, he/she has to do it, not white or Asian guy. 
[i]Of course not, but given the last 400 years it’s been harder for blacks people to open businesses. Even today it’s still harder because they have less wealth. This is another wealth begets wealth. Even with these loans there still isn’t comparable opportunity. [/i]

Grants and scholarships specifically for minority students

Non-FA scholarships are given for merits and special achievements, not for the color of your skin.
