Do you expect white people to open a business for blacks and to handle it to them? If the black person actually wants to open a business, he/she has to do it, not white or Asian guy.

Grants and scholarships specifically for minority students
[b]What % of non-FA scholarships go to black students?[/b]

Non-FA scholarships are given for merits and special achievements, not for the color of your skin.
