If Op's daughter really wanted to find these boys she could borrow a year book, look on Instagram or Twitter (or a friend's account if helicopter mom forbids her from having an account), ask some friends, etc. She has fm done none of the above because (a) she isn't telling the whole truth or (b) she realizes her mother is an over the top nut case and she wants her to stop or (c) all of the above. The fact that op appears so oblivious to the obvious ways to locate this kid makes me think she is either a troll or has no common sense--I am not sure which is worse at this point. Although a troll would be preferable to a grown woman who appears so helpless.
You sound a little nuts. I didn't said nothing was being done, just for the posters calling me helpless to answer the original question I asked. Other than looking in a yearbook, how are we supposed to find the boy's name? How can I search social media without a name or any identifying information? No one has been able to come up with a plan other than wandering the neighborhood. A door to door search of hundreds of houses isn't feasible. You guys are insulting me, but none of you know how to find his name. Maybe, you guys are the helpless ones?
OP, for the love of god get off the internet and figure it out. If looking in the year book and contacting the school got you nowhere do you really think people online with no knowledge of the school or neighborhood is going to do any better? You daughter saw these people, even if she doesn't know them she needs to help you identify them or this is over, done... not strangers on the internet you need to keep playing the victim to... Social Media and the Internet for Dummies: Search by the name of the school, Search by common friends... search based on activities (your daughter may not know them, but could she guess they were boys from a team sport or something? ) You sound so crazy, of course you and your daughter have a better chance of figuring this out, the fact that you keep coming back here thinking people can help you when you have not one stitch of identifying information to give them makes you seem pathetic... okay OP, I will finally give you what you want , go ahead and call the cops, I am sure they will do all the detective work for you
