Tibbs did a good job as AP at RPES and was required by law to report the allegation and will do a good job at Clarksburg.

That’s the way I remember it too. Whether he stomped on or near the kid’s foot he was screaming in the face of a kindergartener. Even though acquitted of assault that’s an appropriately fireable offense. [/quote]
