1) The “victim” is declining to press charges.

2) The Army wants to close the matter ASAP.

3) Trump has been the target of numerous Justice Dept actions, warrants and indictments in the last 24 months.

Now, please tell us which one of those those three statements is misinformation.

1. The employee was doing her job.  She reported the issue up the line and filed the incident report as required.  She isn't pressing charges because others who have challenged the bullies in the MAGA get doxxed, outed, harassed, threatened and in many cases, repeatedly targeted.  People like Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss had to move out of their homes because they were doxxed, harassed and feared for their lives.  Even the jurors in the Trump criminal trial were doxxed.  One woman withdrew from the jury pool because the information posted in the newspaper allowed her to be identified and she feared retribution should she be on a convicting jury.   Read what happened to the actual jurors.  It also describes similar behavior for the Grand Jury in the Georgia case.

She declined to press charges because Trump's followers are littered with violent, anti-social bullies with criminal tendancies.  Maybe not all, but sufficient to make anyone on the wrong side of Trump a target and a victim.

2. The Army wants to close the matter ASAP because they do not want to be involved in a media scandal with the person who has a chance of becoming their next CIC.  Nothing good will come of this matter if Trump wins in November.  Additionally, Trump has shown in the past that he remembers slights and he is vindictive and vengeful.  They are doing their legal duty and nothing more.

3. Trump has violated federal regulations and laws many times over the last 3.5 years.  He is being held accountable for his own actions.  If he had not abused his previous position and attempted to violate our Constitutional processes for transfer of power and responsibilities, he would not be subject to the actions that ensued.  Trump has not been targeted.  Trump has caused all of the problems he has created with his complete disdain for the law.
