You’re a bully and a clown. The employee is not pressing charges because of people like you. The depth of your ignorance is profound.
The DOJ could still press charges under any number of laws, but it's not. It's pretty clear that the Biden-Harris administration doesn't want any more attention on the event.
They could. Why wouldn’t Biden and Harris want more attention on this?
Because the whole thing is a lie. A fabrication. And now it’s falling apart.
??? Nah, let’s keep this in the press. Trump f@cked up bad this time, and he’s going to get hounded over it for a while. Strange conspiracy you got going, though…
Agree 100%. I want it brought up constantly, until the Trump team has absolutely no choice but to release their video of the event to settle the matter.
When they initially threatened to, the Army couldn’t wait to make it go away.
Now it’s time to keep talking about it until they are forced to release it. Then we can all see what this staffer’s actions were that the Army and the Administration wants so badly to not be seen.
If they had the footage exonerating themselves, they would have released it in a flash.
They haven’t released it because doing so would likely result in Reps in Congress demanding this staffer be fired immediately.
The Trump team doesn’t want to create a sympathetic media figure in someone that lost their career because they couldn’t control themselves.
But I hope the left keeps bringing it up, and they’re forced to release it. Because I want this person fired, and the outcry for that isn’t going to happen until we all see the video.
It’s funny - you hate Trump (and me!) and I sorta like Trump - but in this case, we both want the same things - for them to release the video.
Neat, huh?

Why must MAGA always make stuff up?
The reporting is clear. The employee explained the rules to Trump and his entourage and tried to enforce them. Then someone in his entourage physically shoved the employee aside and ignored not only the rules but common human decency. The employee, respecting the mores of ANC, did not escalate and filed a report.
Trump’s behavior is repugnant and you are missing some human decency yourself if you honestly can’t understand why his actions are inappropriate.
Those are the magic words, aren't they? The reporters weren't there, so the facts aren't clear. One way to get those facts out is to press charges and have a trial with eye witnesses testifying under oath. Since that isn't happening, everything - including reporting - is hearsay.
NP. The Army has issued a statement about what happened. Do you not trust the US Army now?

Are you ever capable of having a discourse with someone you disagree with without resorting to name calling and personal attacks? You seem developmentally frozen in early childhood.
Nope. If you’re PP, you’re a bully and spreading misinformation. That’s the reason the employee is not filing charges. Because of fear of people like PP.
I’m the PP you cannot control yourself with.
Please cite what was misinformation in the 3 points I made, which I will repost again here:
1) The “victim” is declining to press charges.
2) The Army wants to close the matter ASAP.
3) Trump has been the target of numerous Justice Dept actions, warrants and indictments in the last 24 months.
Now, please tell us which one of those those three statements is misinformation.
And please do so without your typical name calling and rudeness.
Putting victim in quotes. But that’s your MAGA playbook…spreading misinformation.
The AP style book suggests quotes are appropriate because the complainant is not officially recognized as a victim because charges have not been filed.
Were this person willing to press charges, they would then be a victim. Until then, they remain a “victim”.
