Visi’s basketball program has uniquely benefited from an exceptional parent coach who gives his time because he loves basketball. All of the sub-optimal lax coach choices over the last decade are due to lack of competitive pay. The previous coaches used the position to enhance their lax-related day jobs and justified the low pay as a marketing/personal branding expense. [/quote]
