[/quote] There may be some but for those of us who actually need them, I am already dealing with weight related issues. High cholesterol. Knee pain. Shortness of breath. Being fat makes normal things like tying shoes hard. So exercise is basically something that becomes more limited. So yes, there are risks. But I am already dealing with side effects of just being fat. [/quote]
