Here are the maps - https://www.uptownurbanist.com/blog/council-approves-ward-3-anc-map
Those are not the officially approved maps. Where’s a link to the DC government source?
This is from Bob Ward's blog and from previous posts on this board it seems like he alone draws the maps.
He seems a lot more reasonable and knowledgeable about things compared to the weird people who keep shouting during meetings. But you can also download the maps yourself. Many others have done so. Now most of the NIMBYs are functionally computer illiterate, so it admittedly is difficult for them. The source describes the new maps in words, literally using the street boundaries: https://lims.dccouncil.us/downloads/LIMS/48953/Meeting3/Amendment/B24-0700-Amendment1.pdf The redistricting website: https://dcredistricting.esriemcs.com/redistricting/ Other people who have exported PDFs: https://twitter.com/chenderson/status/1534281567601827842 https://twitter.com/HillRagDC/status/1534669107571867648 https://twitter.com/ZachBIsrael/status/1534275089834946564 https://twitter.com/frozenchipmunk/status/1534403142909034497
I don’t have a dog in this fight. But the fact remains that the Amendment that passed, which you helpfully provided a link to, does not include a map. There are still are no official DC government maps reflecting the Amendment days later. Why cannot Silverman, the chair of the committee, produce the maps for the public? I think that’s a minimum ask for a redistricting process is for ent government to produce and publicly disclose the maps.
Go ask her. You might find her sitting at Nanny's on Conn. Ave.
