I saw a few examples of head scratchers in terms of kids playing up/down or where it didn't seem to fit, but I'm sure the coaches had their reasons for putting those kids in those places.  In most cases it seemed to me that kids were playing at an appropriate level for their abilities.

The one thing I think that stands out is that the training is very well organized and run.  If you like the Barcelona style of play and want your kid to learn to play that style, there's no better place to do it.   And I can't say enough good things about the coaching that my kid received.

At the end of the day, the most important thing is for you to find an environment best suited to your player.  The environment includes the training style and intensity, the other players & personalities, coaches, and many other factors that make up the experience.  It's a good thing that Barcelona is another option for the families close to Leesburg and I'm glad we had a chance to be part of their first year.[/quote]
