Of course they don't just see only citizens. They even see illegals. But if we make the illegals citizens, and then put on Obamacare so they'll get their care free (they certainly don't as illegals!), you will see them flood into the doctor's offices for all their free exams and appointments and treatments - making it harder for the current, law-abiding citizens to grab a 10-minute appointment with the doctor. Doctors are already reporting a "reversal" among their patients, with the patient load being made up of low-income with free care, and middle-income skipping care because it's become so expensive.
