I'm the OP. I know they don't get cash benefits NOW. My question was how long will they have to wait after Hillary allows them to be citizens to start getting onto the various entitlement programs. (Again, I am talking about ILLEGALS.) [/quote]

If it were to happen, those details would be part of the legislation. Why don't you look at how Reagan proposed to do it? It is likely to be similar. [/quote]
