I want a solution that is practical. I have always advocated for raising the penalty on American businesses who hire illegals. Reduce the demand, you will see a reduction in supply. How is this guy making money to survive? How did he pay for the bus ticket? I'm thinking someone hired him and paid him under the table.

Because they are living off of 400,000 in combined income from the government. They do not care about this country, they only care about their bank accounts and their employer, the federal government.
