Apparently I was required to file in DC because I lived there more than 183 days, even though I was a permanent resident of Oregon (who knew)....but that doesn't explain the $1,061 tax liability they are coming up with. How would I owe DC tax on non-DC sourced income? Not to mention the $900 in penalties and interest they are coming up with. [/quote]
