I've had to explain that to somebody before. They couldn't believe it. Cellphone bill doesn't count, no home phone, no cable-too expensive. Whatever happened to tax returns? I can have my work print any address on it and show it to you, and I know many who drive around with old license from another state.[/quote] Well they need to get their licenses updated.
