The last time this happened, I was waiting in a line of cars to turn off rock creek park during rush hour. Some asshole sped down the lane next to the line and tried to cut in front of me at the front of the line. This line is there EVERY DAY and takes 5 minutes or so to wait through, so this ass was making the line longer for everyone to save himself 5 minutes.
