The difference between a change table and a step: One is for convenience (change table, coloring pages) one is a safety issue. (Step) You can manage a stroller with a small child. I can tell that you have likely never pushed a full grown adult in a wheelchair. Or a child. It isn't the same. Wheelchairs don't maneuver like a stroller. (Although some strollers are pretty difficult too.) There is nothing wrong with saying "I don't know" if you don't know.[/quote]
