Your new coworker Linda is in a wheelchair, and you have been assigned to organize the yearly lunch out. You choose some new place that you have been to once. Linda comes and asks you if it accessible. You seem to recall it being so, but to be better safe than sorry you say "I'm sorry, Linda, I really don't know off of the top of my head. I can call the venue and find out for you, and if it turns out that we can't have lunch there, I would love your input into how best to choose a future restaurant that everybody can use. Would you mind helping me learn about ADA conpliability so I can be more mindful in the future to make sure that the activities I plan are inclusive? Thank you."

So you have random people ask you if the place you were just in is accessible?

The difference between a change table and a step: One is for convenience (change table, coloring pages) one is a safety issue. (Step)

You can manage a stroller with a small child. I can tell that you have likely never pushed a full grown adult in a wheelchair. Or a child. It isn't the same. Wheelchairs don't maneuver like a stroller. (Although some strollers are pretty difficult too.)

There is nothing wrong with saying "I don't know" if you don't know.
