[/quote] This is OP, I'm asking for an application MS as the thread title shows. If it can be done for HS, and they seem to be doing well. Why can't it be done for MS. So far throughout this thread, no one has provided a good reason why this can't be replicated at the MS level. The only reason I see is that there is no political will, but why?[/quote]
