We put it in milk because that's the only way DD consistently drinks it, but it is extremely effective (in fact she is pooping too frequently and now we're reducing the dose and hoping to phase it out). She also acquired a taste for prunes, and plum organics 'healthy tummy' pouches, which we hope will do the trick naturally so we can stop using miralax. We've only been using it for about a month.[/quote]
