Exactly.  This "failure" was predicated on the idiot not waking up on time.  If she had gotten there 3 hours early like you told her, you would have had no problems at all.  Really, sounds like you will have to eat this one, but your manager is a dick.  Are you supposed to have her sleep over at your house the night before?

Hopefully this employee is sufficiently shamed by her own fuck up, but somehow I doubt it.[/quote]
