It varies greatly. The smallest ones on the lots without room to grow will go for the 700s-800s. They go up from there. We are on an awesome lot and the possibilities for expansions are there if our bank account can catch up : ) Ours was in the 900s and is nearly 3000 sq ft as is. Ones that are completely updated and expanded to 3-5k sq ft go for 1.2-1.5 million now.[/quote]
