Covenants committee? I was under the impression that there was no binding association for wood arces. What do they simply appeal during the permitting phase? It isn't like there isn't dozen and dozens of tear downs in the neighborhood although granted more across mass in sumner and glen mar which I always thought was do to bigger lots and higher comps.
