I use to play about 15-30 minutes of Xbox between work and bedtime to disconnect my brain from work.  I would get home from work.  Watch the kids, feed them, bath them, get them in bed and the work....  So spending 15-30 min before bedtime should not be a big deal.  My DW was usually watching Desperate Housewives while I was playing Xbox... So which is worse?[/quote]
