Maybe. You're right, you don't know him. He's provided for us in such a way that we haven't had to touch my trust though- and he will retire at 50, so that sounds pretty nice. If a guy can do that for a family our size living our lifestyle and be as dumb as you think  he is I don't know what is wrong with the rest of DCUM slogging away to make ends meet on 2 salaries.
