This.  Yes, he technically has the right to make the request.  But, sorry, you're a controlling douche if that bothers you this much.  You just are.  And, don't give me nonsense about "my kids play there." There's an awful lot of disgusting things in the yard.  So, if you're letting your kids play there to begin with, it can't bother you that much.

But, now you know, OP.  So, don't let the dog go there.  But, also, I like to know who the anti-dog crazies are so I can avoid them. Luckily, I live is a super dog friendly neighborhood so it's mostly a non-issue.[/quote]
