He's always had joint custody. He wanted more custody when he took her to court last year. If you can believe the Radar articles, he is not pursuing full custody right now because he thinks Leah is too fragile from being fresh from rehab.[/quote]

I always thought joint custody meant a 50/50 split. If Corey only has the kids on the weekends, isn't that known as visitation?  That's like something from the 1980s when I was growing up. My dad had us every other weekend.  I thought 50/50 was the new standard now. I think he should have the girls all of the time and their druggy mother can have supervised visitation. God only knows what danger those kids have been in while in Leah's care. She could have driven with them while she was high. [/quote]
