1. Chelsea - She is by far the most hands on, has a career, invested in her daughter and knows Adam is full of crap. She seems so much more down to earth now, and I think the new guy is a great influence. Her dad seems like a tough to please sort of guy and the fact that he likes him says a lot.
2. Kaitlyn - She does have anger issues but puts her children first and her marriage a close second, even if there are some big issues there. She seems like she's making an effort to work on her anger issues but Javi just seems like an ass. Not sure what happened when they weren't filming...
3. Janellle - The fact she isn't last says a lot. She's taking steps to get her career, she is showing an active interest in seeing Jace more (and get custody), and she seems a tad more mature. Course when she talks to her mom the maturity level drops, but that's always a difficult thing to overcome. She and Barb should be in weekly therapy if they want to mend their relationship. I have to give props to what's his name (blanking on her fiance). She mentions getting custody of Jace and keeping him from Barb, and he reminds her that's not the "right" thing to do.
4. Leah - Leah was doing so so well... now she's at the bottom of the totem pole. She's a wreck. It's quite sad. You don't keep one child from therapy if another is sick, you have a contingency plan. The kids should be with Corey more, he seems to have a more stable life and a lot of reliable backup.

On the latest episode, Leah told her lawyer that Corey's work schedule was 8-3:30. Sounds perfect to me! He can drop the girls off on his way to work and his wife can pick them up after, and he would be home soon. But Leah's mom AND her lawyer just seem baffled that Corey would request custody when "he WORKS!" Yes, I know that seems like such a foreign concept to this clan, but it's possible to work AND care for your children!
Right, especially considering the parent who DOESN'T work (Leah) can't even get them to school and therapy!
+1 I couldn't believe it when she told her lawyer that her alarm couldn't wake her up, or some such nonsense! Leah is spinning out of control, and taking those girls along for the ride. I hope that Corey does get more time with the girls, and I don't blame him one bit for being upset that they aren't going to school on time, or therapy on a regular basis!!

In real time, that is what he wants, he is afraid to ask the court for it because Leah is too fragile having just gotten out of rehab. In show time, he is asking her for half-and-half.
He also will not be appearing on the show next season, so if he has full custody of the twins at that point they won't appear either.
I think he should have the girls all of the time and their druggy mother can have supervised visitation.

I know these episodes were filmed back in the summer/fall/winter. Does anyone know if Corey has gotten joint custody? If Leah just got out of rehab, methinks he has a pretty damn good case for joint (or more) custody.
He's always had joint custody. He wanted more custody when he took her to court last year. If you can believe the Radar articles, he is not pursuing full custody right now because he thinks Leah is too fragile from being fresh from rehab.
He had weekends but was looking for 50/50.

Pretty sure she's said it more than once, including last night. It's just how she speaks. Calling the girls "sissy" bugs me. No logical reason, but it's like nails on a chalkboard to me.
