That's kind of the point, the OP is incoherent, messy, and all over the place. If making or not making partner is not an issue, why bring it up? All she is trying to describe is that her relatives are showy with their money, yet she references all these tangential facts. I can't imagine reading an opinion from her on a more complicated subject.

While no one expects a polished and grammatically perfect post on an Internet forum, these posts do reflect the author's thought process.
