And yes, Scotland had a history of crime in the 1960's and 70's. That is not wrong. I do have my stories straight regarding Cooper's attack on Ila Allnut (of Poolesville) and his attack and murder of Edith Anita Welch-Williams. Maybe you should contact the detectives with the Montgomery County Cold Case Office and ask them. I did the research... maybe you should.[/quote]
