[/quote] How much did Kate gain and then lose after each pregnancy? Not anything extreme for carrying multiples in both pregnancies. I don't think she ever had to lose a massive amount of weight. Her stomach DID get very stretched with the second pregnancy and she lost whatever pregnancy pounds she gained, but she had the saggy stomach because of six babies. She had a tummy tuck. If she wasn't fit to begin with, the tummy tuck wouldn't be very helpful (esp. in the long term). [/quote]
