How much did Kate gain and then lose after each pregnancy? Not anything extreme for carrying multiples in both pregnancies. I don't think she ever had to lose a massive amount of weight. Her stomach DID get very stretched with the second pregnancy and she lost whatever pregnancy pounds she gained, but she had the saggy stomach because of six babies. She had a tummy tuck. If she wasn't fit to begin with, the tummy tuck wouldn't be very helpful (esp. in the long term).

I don't find this show anywhere near as interesting as Jon and Kate Plus 8.

I think she looked better before all the plastic surgery (face wise).

Kate picture 1 (short brown hair) doesn't even look like the same species at Kate picture 6. Kate picture 6 is venturing into "Cat Lady Plastic Surgery" territory.

Kate takes care of herself and makes living a healthy lifestyle a priority. That's a huge reason she looks so good. I'm glad to see people not slamming her for once. She might not be the nicest person, but she is very successful, very attractive, and I think she does a great job with her 8 children.

Not everyone is jealous of Kate. Believe it or not. She has spent lots of $$ on plastic surgery

So what if she did? She looks amazing. I would do it too if i would look as good as her, she is hot.

You would avoid having a job and pimp out your kids to have f/t nannies raise them, thousands of dollars on plastic surgery and hair care, and a f/t bodyguard to take you to Target in rural PA? You're weird.

She didnt spend any money on surgery, what little she had was free.

Exactly WORKING Moms. Kate doesn't have a job! Being on reality TV show isn't a job. If it is, her kids are working too. And I really don't think kids should work to support their parents.

Plus, the show allowed her to provide for her children's future in a way that normal jobs would not.
