And when you are talking to your kids "because I told you so" is probably an acceptable response. But in the adult world sometimes that's not enough. The question isn't whether you can restate the prior position, but rather what the authority migt be for your statement. In the handbook? DCPS published guidance? The US Constitution? Hague Convention? When someone says that [b]"legally" [/b] it is impermissible then that means there exists some external authority under the law that prohibits it. For instance, after round 1 Ludlow Taylor allegedly told someone they had like an hour or day to make a WL decision. Many poster observed that to do so would violate the published rules of the Handbook. And, FWIW, LT backed down and gave some half a**ed explanation that amounted to "my bad." [/quote]
