That would turn me off if you tried to kiss me on the lips right off the bat. Cheek ok, lips no.  That would actually make me feel that you expected sex at the end of the date. It puts more pressure on the date. Maybe you are a really hot guy?[/quote]

Nope, right after I did it I usually said "next one is on you if you feel it"; 99% of the time they went in for the second kiss later in the night. A friend tried the same and it blew up in his face. I was quite handsome and genuinely adored each of these women from very early on in the relationship.
