[/quote] I don't know if that is true, he may get away without a legal punishment but you can certainly file a complaint, where you are and where he is, send a statement. As you know he is already affected by this since he got caught and is being divorced. You can send a statement with your friend during divorce proceedings and that will affect him, if just to the extend that he's outed again [/quote]
