Those are two very different things. If the scores were close to the cut-off, I'd submit a parent referral with just the Cogat/NNAT scores, and pursue WISC testing, but not submit it yet. If declared not eligible when those decisions go out in May, then, if the WISC was good, appeal and submit the WISC results. [/quote]
