No it wasn't, I was the "um- running away..." guy and I didn't post the +1.

If a guy posted the OP, he'd get ripped to shreds by the majority of posters.  I find it hard to believe than anyone supports one partner wanting to run away for A YEAR and completely abdicate their responsibilities as a parent and spouse while the other still works and foots the bill.  [/quote]
