The other 10% is rice and maybe a tiny bit of fish or meat. Americans have shit diets (I say this as an American) which is why we're so fat and everyone's on 10 medications as soon as they hit 50.[/quote] I was thinking of Africa and Central America... I found very few veggies in those places.[/quote]
