If your in gorgeous SFH in petworth that has all the bright and shiny stuff, not yet. Some homes in western edge of Petworth are getting pretty pricey but wouldn't put a Wolf stove in just yet. Bloomingdale....you could get away with it if you are in one of the big pricy Victorians on 1st St or one of the few SFH there. If you a few blocks from the Capitol by all means that is more than reasonable. Few blocks East of Lincoln Park...not just yet.[/quote]
