I agree that the area of Bethesda that feeds into WJ isn't as high end as the area that feeds into Whitman, but it is still a pretty exclusive area.  You can't really find any single family home in the school district for under $650K.  The Luxmanor and Farmland districts are pretty darn exclusive if you ask me. And the Wyngate, Ashburton, Garrett Park, and Kensington Parkwood neighborhoods are full of multi-million dollar renovated or new construction homes.  We just bought an older home in the Wootton district for $650K.  We got a larger home there than what we could afford in the WJ district.  I'd live there in a heartbeat if we could afford the size home we want! [/quote]
