I'm the one you quoted with the MIL, but at least the woman has soap! I'm a big proponent of vinegar for cleaning, but that's a few steps over the line! My problems are when I go looking in her house for a snack and the first 3 things I pull out of the fridge (like hummus or veggies) are covered in mold, and she doesn't seem bothered by it. And the same nasty rag that wipes everything down, even after there's been raw meat. And the cloth napkins that she puts back in the cabinet after the meal if they don't "look" dirty, and the (mouse?) poop I found in the silverware drawer....I could keep going but I'm gonna go hurl.[/quote]
