I honestly never had any and I still don't. While some people complain about the staff, I've been very lucky with the "teachers" my children have had thus far. There are good ones, and then there are a couple GREAT ones that I love so, so much. From what I understand, ECDC has an amazing retention rate for teachers and from what I was told, they are already offering the teachers a better benefits package. Happy employees make for a better center. Anytme, I've ever had a concern about something, I've been able to go straight to the teacher and discuss it and it always gets better. I've never had an issue with someone not listening to a concern and then taking action to fix it.

I know there have been a lot of complaints about the center and I think the primary issue was communication. I'm hopeful ECDC will turn everything around. It's a beautiful facility and extremely convenient for my family. Right now both my children come home healthy & happy and that makes me happy. [/quote]
