"Another kid raced ahead of my DC to get an ice cream sandwich sample that was being handed out at COSTCO. The kid's mom made him apologize to my DC, which was nice..." This is the thing. I never see this happen. It seems to be be the norm for kids not to wait their turn and for their parents to do nothing. Is that what you did op? Did you expect everyone to just tolerate your child's behavior?
Please go back to the private schools forum or whatever corner you crawled from. This forum is not some for self-righteous judgemental bitches like you. Gosh, it's about time Jeff made SN kids forum password protected.
I've been pleased to notice lately that Jeff and Maria have been monitoring this forum and deleting the comments that bash the parents of SN kids who are genuinely struggling and seeking support. There have been a few threads lately where I've winced at the cruelty of a comment and within minutes it was gone. I really appreciate that!
