No kidding.  We tip the paper guy (yup), the mail man (in spite of the neighbor who claimed to be the can't tip the postman more than $20. police - she can stuff it), and each and every trash guy at least $20.

How can people in this area possibly be so cheap and nasty?  Have you any spirit at all?  How sad.
