I'm the one who should be saying "Good God!"

Let's be clear here.  I will ask again if you believe the routine practice (i.e. OVERWHELMING MAJORITY OF ARRESTS AND PROSECUTIONS) of police and prosecutors was to randomly arrest and prosecute blacks for no reason whatsoever, with no evidence whatsoever.  And for them to end up in prison, that would also have to mean planted evidence, lies under oath, false witness, et cetera - and a grand conspiracy of all involved knowing and participating in it.  And likewise, that a white person committing a crime in broad daylight in front of witnesses will not be arrested and that there is likewise a grand conspiracy to do this.  Even here in DC, with its majority African American police force.

So far a bunch of you have said YES and even went further to say you are cops and prosecutors and that as cops and prosecutors you routinely participate in that grand conspiracy to arrest blacks for no reason and likewise routinely look the other way when whites commit crimes.
