Could not agree with you more and I am just north of the Ws. The implementation of 2.0 is classic failure. Kids do not get another chance. Starr is nothing but propaganda trying to get an administration appointment for spending all resources on the bottom 25% and taking our great county with him. So sad, parents wake up, the system stinks now.[/quote]
