Exactly.  I'm 30 and I wouldn't give a 45 year old the time of day.  I find plenty of men in their 30s (and late 20s) to date, why would I want to date someone that much older?  I would make an exception for someone who was a great match with me, but women are not so desperate that they have to date men that much older.  This goes for all of my 30 year old friends. There are risks from older fathers re autism etc. but it really starts at about 45, an age when most women can't have kids at all.

Anyway, my attack was more re her attitude than her not wanting to date guys 15 years older.  Women at 30 and men at 35 should start thinking seriously about this stuff and fast.  Many women want to fuck caddish alphas into their 30s, then they panic because all the nice relationship-quality men are looking for someone younger than them.
